Omega's quality policy is designed to achieve sustained, profitable growth by providing products and services that consistently satisfy the needs and expectations of our stakeholders.


Achieving the objectives of this policy requires the involvement of all employees. Each employee is individually responsible for the quality of their work, contributing to the continual improvement of the working environment for all.

Our Quality Management System (QMS) incorporates the core values and culture of Omega 365, providing the framework necessary for all employees to succeed.

Objectives of our Quality Policy:
  • Achieve and maintain a standard of quality that enhances our reputation with customers and clients.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements

  • Maintain an effective Quality Management System in compliance with International Standard ISO 9001:2015


Objectives of all Omega employees:
  • Ensure that Omega 365 is “Big enough to deliver — small enough to care.”

  • Ensure that all Omega 365 employees uphold the organization’s uncompromised reputation by always maintaining the highest standards of integrity, ethics and good governance

  • Report unwanted incidents and contribute to a safe and healthy work environment


To achieve and maintain the required level of assurance, Omega 365's management retains responsibility for the Quality Management System and conducts routine operational reviews on a continual basis.
