Building stronger collaboration across projects in Stord

Held over two evenings, the project dinner brought together consultants working across different customer assignments and disciplines in a region experiencing high activity within energy, offshore, infrastructure, and industrial projects. For many, it was a chance to meet colleagues they normally only collaborate with remotely or across separate customer locations. 

Located between Bergen and Stavanger, Stord is one of Norway’s key industrial and offshore hubs, with a long history tied to engineering, shipbuilding, and energy-related projects. Omega 365 Consulting supports customers in the region with project personnel, engineering expertise, and multidisciplinary consulting services across industries including offshore, renewables, infrastructure, and construction. 

One of the highlights from the evenings was a presentation by department manager Kjersti Reiersen, who shared updates on the growing level of activity in the region, ongoing customer projects, recruitment needs, and future opportunities for consultants in Stord. She also spoke about the importance of maintaining strong collaboration across projects as the organization continues to grow.
