Showcased Omega 365 at Project Controls Expo Brazil 2026

Omega 365 participated in Project Controls Expo Brazil 2026, held on April 14–15 at the Frei Caneca Convention Center in São Paulo, one of Latin America’s leading events for project controls professionals.

Published: 04. May 2026

The event brought together industry leaders, project professionals, and organizations to exchange insights on governance, digital transformation, and the future of project delivery.  Omega 365 attended as a Golden Sponsor, sharing how the Omega 365 platform helps organizations manage complex projects.

Representing Omega 365 in Brazil were members of the global team, including Flavio Santiago, Solutions Consultant at Omega 365, alongside colleagues Angela Johnson and Bradley Campbell.

Delivering value through knowledge and innovation

Omega 365 contributed to the conference agenda with two presentations led by Flavio Santiago, focusing on practical challenges faced by project-driven organizations:

  • “Project Management with Artificial Intelligence, Transforming Data into Insights with Knowledge Packs”

  • “CVP, Capital Value Process, Enhancing Predictability in Project Execution, Improving Portfolio Maturity, and Developing People Sustainably”

These sessions focused on how organizations can move away from fragmented tools and disconnected data, and instead use integrated systems and embedded AI to improve decision-making, governance and execution.

“The discussions showed a clear market demand for solutions that go beyond isolated tools. Organizations are looking for ways to structure their data, strengthen governance, and then apply AI in a meaningful and contextual way,” says Flavio Santiago.

Strong engagement and market interest

Throughout the two-day event, Omega 365 met with a high number of visitors at the booth, including representatives from engineering firms, mining companies, energy providers and infrastructure organizations.

Many attendees were introduced for the first time to Omega 365’s fully integrated platform, with particular interest in:

  • The concept of a Single Source of Truth across project data

  • Integration of documents, costs, schedules, and contracts within one environment

  • Practical applications of AI through Knowledge Packs, enabling contextual insights directly from project data

The team also held several in-depth conversations, strengthening relationships and generating interest

Bringing value to organization

By participating in Project Controls Expo Brazil, Omega 365 demonstrated value by:

  • Demonstrating how integrated governance frameworks improve project predictability

  • Showcasing real-world use cases of AI applied within project environments, rather than generic or disconnected solutions

  • Sharing expertise on portfolio maturity, execution discipline, and digital transformation

  • Offering tailored discussions based on the specific challenges of Brazilian industries

“The level of engagement we saw confirms that the market is evolving. Companies are not just looking for software, they are looking for structured solutions that combine process, governance, and technology,” Santiago adds.

A key platform for future growth

Project Controls Expo Brazil continues to establish itself as an important meeting point for professionals working with project delivery in the region. For Omega 365, the event strengthened its presence in the Brazilian market and opened up new opportunities for collaboration across key industries.

Following a successful participation in São Paulo, the team is actively following up on conversations initiated during the event.
